A través de este site no se atenderá ningún encargo que no sea realizado por un consumidor final. Albert Madaula se reserva el derecho a modificar la oferta comercial en cualquier momento de esta web (modificaciones sobre precios, productos, promociones, y otras condiciones comerciales y de servicio). Estas modificaciones no afectarán en ningún caso a las compras ya realizadas. La Ley de Propiedad Intelectual Española especifica que la compra de la obra otorga al comprador la propiedad del soporte físico que contiene la obra pero no adquiere bajo ningún concepto la propiedad intelectual (derecho de autor y del autor) de la obra misma. Su reproducción y distribución es un derecho exclusivo del autor; en este caso de Albert Madaula.

A final customer is a physical person that buys at www.laplamerashop.com with different purposes than business operations, commercials neither professionals. Through this site we will only attend demands from final customers. Albert Madaula reserves the right to change the commercial offer from this website at any moment (price changes, product changes, special offer changes and other commercial and service conditions). This changes won´t affect the purchases already made. Regarding the intellectual property, as shown in the Boletín Oficial del Estado at 17th article, the artwork exploitation rights belongs just to the author, Albert Madaula. The Spanish law of Intellectual Property specifies that the purchase of the artwork gives to the buyer the physical carrier but the buyer under no circumstances purchases the intellectual property (author´s right and from the author) of the artwork itself. Its reproduction and distribution is a exclusive right of the author; Albert Madaula in this case.
